10mW Green (520nm) Direct Diode Line Laser Module 3 - 5V (12 x 30mm)

These direct diode modules use an Osram Green Laser Diode and can operate between -20 and 40 degrees centigrade. Highly stable output with good beam pattern.

• Optical Power: 10mW +/- 10%
• Wavelength: 515-520nm at 20-25 degrees C.
• Operating temperature: -10 - 40 degrees C.
• These laser modules are supplied in a 12 x 30mm housing with an internal boost driver.
• 3 - 5 V operation
• Line pattern, 90 degree fan angle (can be changed if required)
• The direct diode in these modules give a particularly bright line for the respective power ratings.
• Focus pre-set with weak threadlock, can be adjusted with grippers or similar tool.
