Description

These direct diode modules use an Osram Green Laser Diode and can operate between -20 and 40 degrees centigrade. Highly stable output with good beam pattern.

Optical Power: 5, 10 or 50mW after optics.
Laser Class: Class 3R - 3B.
Wavelength: 515-520nm at 20-25 degrees C.
Operating temperature: -10 - 40 degrees C.
These line laser modules are supplied in a 12 x 40mm housing with an internal boost driver.
