50mW Green (520nm) Locking Focus Direct Diode Laser Module Dot Pattern (16mm, 3-5V) V2

These direct diode modules use an Osram Green Laser Diode and can operate between -20 and 40 degrees centigrade. Highly stable output with good beam pattern from adjustable focus glass optics.

• These line laser modules are supplied in a 16 x 60mm housing with an internal 3-5V boost driver.
