1. These modules have a constant current drive circuit designed for a 3.0V power supply. A 3V DC adapter (100mA+) or 3V battery are examples of suitable supplies.

Use with Line and Cross Lenses

OFL322 and OFL323 line lens assemblies will fit module OFL6. 

Dot modules use a different chrome focus ring to OFL71 and OFL97 line and cross modules. The focus ring for these modules has a recess for the line/cross disc. The ring for OFL6 has a flange to keep the lens in the same place as rings with a disc present and cannot be used with these discs.

A 3.0-5.0V focusing red laser module rated at 5mW. The TTL driver accepts up to 15kHz TTL signal to allow fast switching or PWM control of apparent brightness.

3-wire connection:

1. Red and black are power + and Power -.
2. When the yellow TTL trigger recieves a +5V signal the laser will switch on, (for continuous operation connect to power+); with no signal the laser is normally off.

The V2 modules have a current limiting resistor built in. Take care not to short the brass case to the cathode which will bypass the resistor and blow the laser diode.
