This is a compact 650nm, 16mm diameter 200mW laser diode module with a built-in 5V TTL driver.

Adjustable locking focus. Can be used with line and cross generator discs.

Operation

For continuous operation (5min +) mount the module in a heatsink to ensure the operating temperature is not exceeded.

The focus is adjustable by rotating the lens on this laser.

Power should be supplied via the red and black cables. The white cable gives optional TTL control (connect the white wire to the red wire for continuous operation).
