Description

These direct diode modules use an Osram Green Laser Diode and can operate between -20 and 40 degrees centigrade. Highly stable output with good beam pattern from adjustable focus glass optics.

Optical Power: 50mW after optics
Wavelength: 515-520nm at 20-25 degrees C.
Operating temperature: -10 - 40 degrees C.
These modules are supplied in a 12 x 40mm housing with an internal 3-5V boost driver.
Adjustable focus module fitted supplied with dot line and cross tips
The coated optics and direct diode in these modules give a particularly bright line for the respective power ratings.
