Laser Diode Driver Boards

An adjustable constant current (ACC) driver, 80- 300mA+, 5-9V, with (optional) TTL control. Works well for module builds with Rohm diode (100mW cw), LPC-815 Sled diode (~250mW) and PHR803-T Blu-ray diode (~110mW).

Constant Current Driver based on LM358 IC control. Designed for 50-250mW red laser diodes and 50-300mW IR diodes (30-100mw green modules).

This is a current regulating linear driver based on the LM358 chip with a high current transistor output stage. Requires a supply voltage around 1.5V higher than the operating voltage of the laser diode. Circuit is used in some 1W 445nm lasers powered by 2 x CR123 batteries.

This step-up driver board works from 3.7-4.2V input and steps up the output voltage to suit 445nm (blue) and 405nm (Blu-ray) laser diodes. Output current of up to 1.8A (with heatsink). Slow-start protection.

This driver board is suitable for continuous operation in laser light show type applications. Designed for red lasers, 635-680nm up to 350mW with optional TTL control.

This board can be used to interchange connections with lasers that have two 2-wire connections (separate TTL and power) and controllers with one 3-wire connection or controllers with two 2-wire connections (separate TTL and power) and lasers with one 3-wire connection.

Heavy duty driver for blue (450nm) laser diodes with heatsink.

This driver has optional TTL modulation: The output is on when the TTL modulation connector is floating ( not connected). The output is off when 0V is supplied to the TTL modulation connector  and on when a TTL signal (5V) is supplied.

This is a current regulating step-down driver with adjustable output voltage and current. Optional TTL modulation, 8-14V maximum input.

A 12V operation driver for most laser diodes (3.0-6.6V). Optional TTL/PWM  and analogue modulation. Fan support.
