5mW 10mW and 50mW Green (520nm) Adjustable Focus Direct Diode Laser Module 12mm, 3-5V

These direct diode modules use an Osram Green Laser Diode and can operate between -20 and 40 degrees centigrade. Highly stable output with good beam pattern.
